What fields should be included in a report for material delivery / shipping ? What is the std report available for this purpose?

Hi

For delivery report u have to consider the follwoing detail

>DELIVERY/PGI DATE

>MATERIAL NO AND DISCRIPTION

>SALES ORDER NO

>QTY

>PLANT

>S. LOC

>SHIPPING POINT

Relevent tables : > LIKP, LIPS, VBAK, VBAK, VBKD ( Business Data)

At least minimum above field u ahve to consider for the report. No idea about std. report.

Dear Mathew

Have you tried with MB51 where you can see fields like plant, movement type, delivery reference, qty delivered etc., This is the standard report.

If this does not suits your requirement, then you have to use SQVI and table join VBAP (for sale order item details) and LIPS (for delivery item details).
