Transaction code

Hi Experts,

I am facing a problem I have to create a workflow and the requirment is this :-

customer wants to launch a complaint against his meter when he launch the complaint and change the periorty then if the periorty is high then it shuld be generate a service order. to fullfill this scenario I make all the things but when i create a service order then it ask me "trancation Code" what shud i gav in this column to fill the transaction code .and how to maintain the transaction code.

Hi

You just use object type 'ISUSMORDER' and choose appropriate method your problem will be solve. No need to specify transaction code n all.

Please its BAPI or method by which the standard transaction is called to perform it.

HI,

Transaction should be IW31 - Service Order Creation, check the Method ISUSMORDER.Create to validate creation data.
