Web UI and Webdynpro

Can some one explain me the role of Webdynpro abap in WebUi.

what is web ui, is it CRM web UI 2007, it is a web technology used in CRM, which is only for CRM applications

Web Dynpro ABAP is another web technology with MVC pattern, which is used in different products like PLM, HCM

not quite sure what exactly you mean by that question. WD for ABAP is used to build GUI applications which can be executed on the portal environment. Since its tightly integrated with the ABAP stack and the ABAP WorkBenck it does have some benefits over WD for Java.
