Pl Order Creation with help of PPDS PDS

Dear All,

We are trying to create plan order with help of PPDS PDS. But i am not able to create Pl Orders with PDS which have multiple setups.

it gives error for locked activity network, but if i use ppm insted it creats the order.

Any input would be helpfull

also i am integrating SAP R/3 4.7 to SAP SCM 2007

Hello Arun,

How u have generated PDS in APO? Is it based on R/3 BOM, routing ?

If yes, please check " Plan explosion" in configuration (SPRO - PPDS- GLOBAL SETTINGS -MAINTAIN GLOBAL PARAMETES & DEFAULTS) & Material Master (PPDS View)

If it doesnot solve the proble, proive the error no with detailed information

Dear Mangesh,

I have already maintained all the above settings, also PDS was created from R/3.

Error I get is: different setup keys for activity with lock activity chain

This happens only for PDS which have multiple setup phase with same setup group

I am able to create planned order with PPM but not with PDS.
