Wastage condition type

Hi friends,

Is there any condition type for capturing watstage of material.

in SAP STD.

As iam working for Gold sales process , i need to capture the price for wastage of material..

For eg: Customer orders for 10 Grams of gold for ornament ,in that 0.5 Grams gets wasted while making the ornament ,how can i capture this in sap..

plzz help me

Dear Shrinath,

Try with this

First you find the wastage value % on total price of the ornament

For example Rs 100 is Ornament that is 10 grms

In that wastage is Rs 5 that is 0.5 grms

So here wastage value % is 5% on total ornament price ,based on this

You can define new condition type in V/06 transaction through copying standard condition type K007-Customer discount then you change the settings.

Put your access sequence

Maintain field Plus/minus as A - Positive

Cond. class as A - Discount or surcharge

Put this condition type in your pricing procedure and calculate from Price

Maintain the condition record in VK11

If you want manual entry you can enter maually in the sales order.

But maintain field of condition type

Manual entries as C- Manual entry has priority

Actually your question relates to PP that you want to capture the wastages while producing the ornaments.

For this, in Material Master in MRP1 view, there is a field [Assembly scrap (%)] and whatever percentage you define here, while productionising, this cushion will be taken care of and you can track the difference in weight which is nothing but the wastage.
