I dont think so you IDoc number get store in Sales Order, ya but you can find Sales Order Number in IDoc i.e. if you go to WE02 or WE05 and sellect IDoc then at the botum text you can get the Document number (Sales Order).
Go to that particular order and in the menu bar select system and in that services for object you will get a tab with the sale order number and in that you select display relationships you will get the incoming Idoc number there.
