How to do customisation for change number and revision level

Dear All,

As mine is regulatory plant i need change number for each change done in inspection plan. Please guide me how to do customisation to have chgange number for inspection plan.Its uregen for me to complete my project. Pleas do help me my friends.

Hi Vijaya,

There are T codes for carryingout the revision level for a material & Document.

CC11,CC12,CC13 are for Creation,Change,Revision of materials.

CC15,CC16 for Document.

You create a Change number CC01 with respect to each object say for material, inspection plan,Classes Etc.

The Change number which you have careted if it's included for all the Objects then you can use the same Change note number.

Hi Vijaya laxmi,

There is revision & date in the inspection plan.

Check T code QP60,QP61 also.
