ITS URL for ECC - Logon Problem

Dear gurus,

I am trying to call ECC transactions into CRM IC Webclient through ITS URL.

all required configuration has been done, and I could see ECC SAP main menu from CRM IC WEB.

but when i try to open a transaction, it is taking me to ITS logon screen and prompting a pop up window for SAP ECC logon.

In the ITS window it is showing some SSO configuration problem, but as per our basis consultant SSO works through EP only.

I strongly believe SAP should have a solution for this kind of problem. We are using dialog users for RFC Destination in our both systems.

I request your help to resolve the problem.

Hi Raghu,

SSO works only when there is a ticket issuer server in place which usually the portal j2ee engine. So in all possibilities you basis guy says it right.
