Hi All,
From XI I need to FTP file to outer system using
FTP Receiver Adapter
Now due to security reason my client wants to use FTPS
I checked in FTP Receiver Adapter -- there is an option
Connection Security -- FTPS (FTP Using SSL/TLS) for Control Connection.
Can I select this option and use like simple FTP Receiver Adapter?
Please tell the process/docs for it.
Regards

hi,

yes. However, if you use a certificate for client authentication, the same certificate/key must be saved on your J2EE server.
thanks,

Hi
Often called 'FTPS'
Often called 'Secure FTP'
Plain FTP over TLS/SSL channel
Password is encrypted
Transfer is encrypted
Runs over TCP port 21 or 990
and the simple FTP also run on the same port 21 so u can go ahead with this opton .
