How to communicate with AII (Auto-ID Infrastructure)

Hi All,

what is the communication channel between XI and AII?

is it proxy? if so, how to send the messge from AII to XI?

please give me some advice or links

Create and test theconnection in SM59 - type H - with the values (server, path, port)

If this connection will be working you can try to set it in XI directory (instead of URL use HTTP destination).

Hi kummari, thanks for your reply

so you mean XI and AII just communicate with Integration Engine (central and local)

and when XI send the message out, it need to be transformed into certain XML Structure just

SAP Auto-ID Infrastructure Device Controller Interface (SAP AII-DC 5.1) as detials?

is there any configuration in AII for message process?

has AII - XI configuration steps with all the details

so just pick the scenario you want to configure and go ahead with the guide

it works perfecly as I've done that 3 times already without any issues

Yes, using ABAP proxy call.
