Buyer unable to view PO

Dear All,

In EBP, Buyer is unable to see the PO in various status. (Ordered, Awaiting Approval). Buyer able to see PO in Held Status. Its the same in BBP_POC as well.

Please advise.

Hi,

We been having the same problem: some of our buyers can only see incomplete PO's. Please let me know if you've solved this issue.

The screen field 'GS_SEARCH_FIELD-INCOMPLETE' was on, resulting in displaying HELD POs only.

It can't be turned on or off in this screen.

We had to go into the debugger to set it off.

Now it works as expected.

I am also facing the same issue. Could you please help me in resolving the same. I am new to the SRM. It will be very much helpful if you would be able to take me through the steps. I have tried what you said but I was unsucessfull. Please advise.

Hi,

I have check the FM BBP_PD_SUSPO_GETDETAIL_UI but during one run we can switch off the fields but in every run it is getting on. Any clues how to resolve.
