Hi,
We have contracts (outline agreements) that are CIFed to APO. We have a new contract every 6 months and as we just have the source and destination define din integration model, it is pickingup even the old contracts and populating our transportation lanes.
There is no date field in the integration model. We only need the new ones CIFed.
Is there a way we can filter out the old ones by some flag or type??/
Thanks.
It should be pretty standard to do this using CFM6 transaction. You can selectively add and delete incremental selections on a pre-existing selection that is used by an active model.

Thanks Mangesh and Srinivas. The thing is we have both expired and current contracts in R/3 and we want to see if there is a possibility to maintain without changing the integration model. We don't want to keep changing the integration model often. We want to do something on the contracts that doesn't send it through the integration to APO and keep the integration model simple.
Is there a way to do so?
The other thing you can possibly do would be to make CIF variant on contracts refer to TVARVC table variable found in STVARV transaction. The variable in TVARVC table can be updated by a development/little code that interrogates table EKKO in R3 side for date validity.
But before you do all the above, just check in the first place if APO planning picks up an old contract - which I dont believe should happen. Take a look at transaction /SAPAPO/PWBSRC1 in APO side that refers to the purchase document number. The Tranp Lane that the external procurement relationship is assigned to, should have appropriate validity dates. And all this typically should happen automatically. If the contract related integration model is looking at only a location and product restriction, it should automatically pick up new contracts (and discard the old) on doing generation and activation of the model. (Obviously I am assuming you have programs in place to automatically generate and activate integration model)
Hello,
Please try using BADI "/SAPAPO/PWB_TPSRC_IN" with suitable method.
Possibly you can put filter on dates here.
Thanks
