Question on GOA

Hi all,

We are using Golbal Outline Agreement, distributed to backend and PO created against this contract in backend.

I know that the quantity and the value of the purchase orders, limit confirmations and invoices are released against the contract in the backend system and the values are updated against the global outline agreement (GOA) in the SRM system

My question is can i see this backend PO number in SRM which is created against this GOA in backend?

Hi Ravi,

You can view the backend contract numbner in the GOA header history tab. For that you will have to add "BLAREL" message type in the partner profiles in SRM and backend systems.

Report "CLEAN_REQREQ_UP" updates R/3 contract numbers against SRM GOA's.

I want to see backend Purchase Order number in SRM which is created against disributed contract.

Hi Ravi,

You can check that in SRM GOA Header "History" tab. Also for individual item releases information, check in item details "release" tab.
