Error while installing CCMSPING (URGENT)

Hi,

I have downloaded ccms agent file from service market place and extracted.

From extraced files, i have taken CCMSPING file to path /usr/sap/prfclog and executed CCMSPING command its failed with below error

qepadm>ccmsping -R -push

ccmsping: /lib/tls/libc.so.6 version 'GLIBC_2.3.4' not found (required by ccmsping)

Its bit urgent.

Kindly let me know how to proceed

I used a guide called Monitoring Setup Guide for SAP NetWeaver 7.0 (2004s) SPS 12 which helped me out a lot when I was setting up the CCMS on my landscape. Have you had a look at this yet?
