Planning book order creation log

Hi All,

We are using APO Scheduling agreements for which quantities are entered in Planning book directly as Schedule line.normally planner does this.

Now it has been realised someone other than planner has entered wrong figures , I need to trace who has done this changes..is it possible?? if yes, How?

I dont think there is any system functionality in terms of audit trail.

What you can do is write user exit macros to invoke a record addition in a change log on hitting save button. This can also be done through the BADI that gets invoked on hitting save button. The change log could consist of information on users, the selection ID and time of change.

Alternatively you could configure a custom alert that is written to the DB on hitting save button. The alert would be an online record of changes to values.
