reference users + users with authorizations from ref users are not analyzed

Dear forum,

we have CC 5.2 and backend ECC60

Apparently, CC does not analyze users of type 'reference' eventhough "Default user type for risk analysis" in the configuration tab has been set to 'All'.

Also, users that get their access rights through a reference user are equally not analyzed.

Can somebody invoke the same issue ? Maybe it is support pack related. If not, we should issue a bug.

Hi Sam,

YEs, this seems to be an issue indeed. Even if i have configured Reference as the only user type to be shown in the default user type in CC, still CC is picking up the values for Dialog users only. Same is true even for the user type "Service".

If i may ask you, what is the SP you are on? We are on 8 prsently.
