Hi,
I have setup an IDOC for a third party system. This system sends sales orders to SAP, with all information.
One important information is the exhange rate, I manually enter a special exchange rate in the third party system (different for every sales order) and then transfer the data to SAP.
The incoming IDOC has this special exchange rate when I view it in SAP. But, the SAP sales order does not consider this value. It considers standard SAP exchange rate. The mapped fields in the IDOC are correct, I have double cheched this.
Am I missing any customizing in SAP?
Thanks for your help.
Hi,
Exchange rate gets copied from the customer master record. Maintain exchange rate types for the customer in the sales screen of the customer master record.
