Interactive Demand Planning - Short Dump.

Hello All,

We are using version SCM5.0. IDES for proto type.

I get short dump as soon as i execute the transaction SAPAPO/SDP94.

with the following message

"Run-time error "RAISE_EXCEPTION"

I have assigned the planning book to the user. And the planning area is active(time series object)

I installed GUI 7.10 and the issue is resolved.

I agree with both of you, this is typical GUI issue.

We are on 6.4 frontend with pack level 8.

Dump is excatly in

Method: GET_FONT_INFOS.

Program:CL_GUI_RESOURCES==============CP

I have tried in different system and with diffrent font size. Our unicode is active.

Still I'm getting dump.

most probably a gui issue - the shrt dump will tell

5.0 needs a min of 6.4 as SAPGUI and the try with the latest support patch

also check in another computer. sometimes your OS in the computer causes issues

Also check the APOGRID.ocx thats among the dll files (on sapgui--> about)

Did you check in ST22 transaction dump analysis on what may be causing this ? It may be failing at some Function Module that will give you clue based on documentation.

Usually I have got a dump in sdp94 when I have had issues with

- GUI --> Make sure that SCM GUI patch is installed over and above the normal SAP GUI

- Someone changed macros behind the scenes or there is some conflicting logic in default/startup macros (try to disable the macros and make sure it works)
