Hi

I defined the shiping point and assigned that to plant also. while creating sales order it takes diffrent shipping point in SO. How to correct the error.

Hello,

Shipping point is derived from Shipping condition (customer master) + Loading group (Material master) + Pelivering Plant.

The shipping point determination will be maintined through trnasaction OVL2.

If you are not gettign the right shipping point in the order, then check the loading group (In cust Master) , shipping condition (In mat Master) and the plant and its combination in OVL2.

Please go to OVL2 transaction check the shipping point determination for your plant in the combination

Shipping conditions(From customer master)Loading group (From Material master)Plant(sales order)-->Proposed shipping point/manual shipping point.

If your shipping point is not assigned to your plant in these combination please assign then come out from VA01 transaction again go in to VA01 try.

Hello Mani,

Try shipping point determination and can use tcode OVL2 for the same.

Generally, there are 2 type of Shipping Point in determination, 1 manual and other are manual. Some using other shipping point you have manual change that in sales order.
