XI server configuration

Dear Experts do i need to do any customisation as the XI consultant after the basis guy installed XI server.After installing XI what are the basic things I need to go for with XI server.

HI,

You need to check SM59 for ABAP connectivity and they type of connection is 'H'

you need to do SLDCHECK..

and you need to check for BASIS Component.

Once system id out from BASIS team u can start u r scenarios

br4 that check with u r xi readiness documnet all basic settings and rfcs.

then conf u r all business system in u r landscape.

once above is done .

scenario can be carried out>

Hi,

After Installation of XI Server Freshly, basically we have to some check, this is called as Readyness Check

1) Execute SLDCHECK in the ABAP Stack of XI. Every thing shl be fine. shld not be an error

2) Check in SM59--Type-HHTTP Connections to ABAP SystemINTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI. this shld return 500 code

3)Try to Create One Interface with File--File and Execute.
