Output type Issue

Hi Experts,

I am working on a issue of output type for e-mail.

In our scenarion when the material return by customer, it has to informed to concern person of company thru e-mail.

Now we create return order try to send the e-mail thru out put type, it's showing green signal but concern person is not getting e-mail.

I don't have authorization to check Tcode SCOT & SOST.

Can any body tell the way sort out this issue

Dear Sanjay,

Please check with the BASIS people is that message in que in SOST transaction.

Also take help of ABAPer to fix the issue.

Before that make sure that all configuration settings are correct

Go to condition record of that output type check the

Transmission medium shoul be E-mail

Check the Recipient field data in the communication tab of the condition record.
