PR to be raised from Reservation number.

Scenario -

I raise a Maintenance Order. I assign a material. There is no Stock of Material in Stores. I save the Order. Reservation number is generated. Is there any possibility of converting this reservation number to PR for raising PO.

HI Manmadhan,

There are three combinations for your question.

1.If you have selected stock item in maint order then it is not possible to have PR.

2.If you have selected as non stock item yes in that case system will create a PR for this

3.If the component material u have selected is having MRP View activated with all related settings then it will create PR for the requirement. As reservation is nothing but the requirement.

i think it not possible to convert the reservation in to PR ,since it is shown as stock material it will not possible.
