Hello friends,
I have a sapscript form which prints and look o.k. in the development environment. All text fits into one page.
However the exact same thing in the QA environment prints all wrong using the exact same printer. The formatting is gone and it seems that it is using the default settings and it runs into two pages.
Any idea as to what could be causing this?
Your help is greatly appreciated.
check the paragrapgh formats in QA....
compare them with Dev...
look for differences...
Also check the Basic setting of the script in both Dev and QA..see if any default paragraph has been assigned or not.....
try to retransport......

Thanks everyone.
I figured out the problem. Here it goes:
In the DEV environment the SAPscript form contained paragraphs which used fonts that did not exist or not defined the same way in the QA environment!
The transaction to maintain fonts is SE73.

Check with printer settings as well. and see that you have transported all your styles, graphics request also.
