Hello SAP Gurus,
Got an error like, users can not add / edit / save notes for a particular key figure in Interactive planning. When clicked on displayed notes, the bottom notes window is freezed.
Please reply to solve it.

Sounds like an authorization issue. When the users hit the point where the window is frozen, do a /oSU53 to check if there is any authorization issue.
