About Printer details

Hi ,

I want to get details of printer like IP address assign to printer , output device name of the printer.Can anyone tell me from which were i will get it.I know through SPAD we will get details , but there i found in my system in some printer IP is not mention in location or in Message.Do SAP have any table were all data of printer is stored with all details.Please help me in this .

Hi,

you can get all details from SPAD.

if printer IP address is not maintain then might be host name is given or some other host spool access method is define for that printer.

table name is TSP03D where you found printer details.

This same information i got it from SPAD --> output Device then dispaly..there also i find some printer thet ip is not given.

I think from OS level we can do , but i want the same the data (printer created in os level) stored in SAP table .

Hi,

In SAP all configure printer details are store under TSP03D table only.

which host spool access method you are used for that printer in SPAD which you are not able to find IP?
