Deleted Outbound Delivery Number

Is there a way to retrieve outbound delivery number that has been deleted already?

Dear Rachelle

Have you tried in MB51 where you can select the field Movement Type and execute. System will display some Material Document references. There [press Cntrl Shift F12] so that you can see the delivery document reference.

Hi,

You can generate query using table "CDPOS" passing

OBJECTCLAS(Change doc.object) = LIEFERUNG and

CHNGIND(Change ID) = 'D'. You will get the list of deliveries deleted.

i have deleted a delivery no by reversing the pgi. now i want to view the deleted delivery no and material no and qty of the deleted delivery no. what is the t code.

Dear Rachel,

We can't cancel the Delivery document..We can Reverse PGI.

We can able to see the cancelled/reversed document number using document flow of preceding document...

If you deleted the delivery document then we can't able to see delivery document number in document flow of an sales order also...

Hi ,

We can see only in document flow , in VBFA for the perticular sales order.

Once cancelled we cannot retrieve back. create a another delivery with respect to the order.
