Material is not define for sale org, distr chan

Dear all,

i getting a problem: Material F003TD is not defined for sales org.HDQS, distr.chan.BV, language EN when create order. Pls help me! And moreover, i create free good with Exclusive material F003TD, also get the same error Material F003TD is not defined for sales org.HDQS, distr.chan.BV

Dear Quang,

1. Go for MM01.

2. Enter Material Code F003TD and press Enter Key.

3. Material Type and Industry sector will be copied if this material is already created with message.

4. Select all sales views and hit enter.

5. Input your require sales org and distribution channel.

6. Input all required fields values for sales views.

7. Save the material.

This is the way to extend material with several sales org and distribution channels

Dear Friend,

The Error u r facing can be solved only by going to Sales and distributions-Master Data--Define Common Distribution Channels and Define Common Divisions.

Try this and get back.

Hi Quang

First check whether you have entered the Plant in the Material master or not.

If not,then enter the "Plant".

Second you go for common master data on Distribution channel.

Transaction code is VOR1.

I think, your problem will be over definitely.

You can create organisation data in IMG -> Enterprises Structure -> Definition and Assignment

Also make sure that you have assigned common distribution channel & divion in VOR1 & VOR2

Hi Quang,

Please go to transaction code - MM50 to extend the Sales View.

In Maintain Status give "V" and give you Material & Plant and excute it, Then maintain the all three view of Sales view for respective Sales Organization & Disctribution Channel and then Save it and again try to create Sales Order and let us know if still there is any problem.
