SRM PO Release in R/3

Hi Experts...

I need to make the release for POs from SRM into R/3.

Is there a possibility to make this?

I transferred PO from SRM to R/3.but it could not trigger the release strategy on R/3 side.though all conditions of this strategy have been met for this PO.are there any customizings need to be made.

Is there a BAdi or a configuration about this point?

Hi. PO release in R/3 for POs created from SRM should work as standard if configured.

Try and create a PO in R/3 exactly as if it came from SRM, use doc type EC or ECPO or whatever SRM creates.

You might have to give the doc type a separate internal number assignment first to avoid it clashing with SRM ever.

See if the manual PO triggers a release, I would expect the issue to be in R/3 release config, not SRM.
