Hi ,

Could you anyone please let me know as to how exactly I can check the data that is in SAP ( invoice amount, customer, product, etc. ) is the same as in EDI subsystem.

Hi Rstitan,

Can you please clerify your query as whether u wanna check the desire in SAP IDoc or in Invoice in SAP?

If you wanna check the the IDoc, then you have to go to WE02, WE05 or WE07 here you can check the IDoc status with respective Segments and there feilds and there value.

Hi,

Exactly we cant know the data is there in EDI system.

we will check based on

1. Idoc status and idoc segment

2. A link table will be there where customer and material will placed.

3. HTML document , this can stored , where the middleware coverts the data.

HI,

If you know the idoc number then you can trace it out what exactly is coming into SAP from other system...

By checking data segments of idoc..which will carry the data of external system and update in SAP.
