Configuration Guide for R/3 in SLD as backend system

Hi,

With reference to my previous problem where I am still not getting IDocs in XI while sending it from R/3.

Does anyone have any link or document for configuring R/3 system as backend system in SLD for XI.

Hi,

It means both R/3 and XI system can come as Web AS ABAP in Technical Systems where SLD belongs to XI system and R/3 will work as backend system?

OR

We have to configure our R/3 system in Business Systems as Third Party? If yes then there we can't follow the above processes mentioned above.

This is not the matter with the BackEnd system or what

Here the thing is we have to Register the Applications Info in SLD those are involved in the Integration

thats it.

Here Your R/3 is involed in the integration so u have to register that by creating the TS with Web AS ABAP and corresponding BS

Hi manish,

Under SLD Bridge: Gateway Information

Host - enter the hostname where your SLD is activated

Service - sapgw<xx> , where XX is the system number for the SAP system installed. Generally it is sapgw00, but could be different for you.

Under data collection programs, select all check boxes. Finally press F5 for start data collection. This should populate your system in the SLD.

In our case, we have enabled the SLD in our XI system. It is delivered by default, but needs to be activated once. If you haven't already done so, you will need to pick one system and enable SLD on it.
