Dear Amber,
From the ssapccmsr.log:
CCMS version 20040229, 64 bit, multithreaded, Non-Unicode
Please check the kernel version whether it is unicode or non-unicode. I hope it is problem with your's is unicode system but you are trying to use Non-unicode CCMS versison. You should use a unicode agent to monitor a unicode instance.
In any case(Dual stack or standalone): sapccm4x for the ABAP stack, sapccmsr for the J2EE stack n this case note 1029770 should also be helpful, in case of release 7x note 1033491
please kindly go through note 1033491, and install the relevant file into the right directory and the installation steps accordingly...
Hope this information is useful for you, please let me know if still error persists .
Thanks
Kishore

Hi Amber,
Are you trying to register SAPCCM4X agent for a non-ABAP instance?
Details of the agents:
The SAPCCM4X agent provides an alternative connection route to the monitoring
information in the shared memory of an ABAP instance. As this alternative
connection method does not require a free work process; the access method is
independent of error states of the SAP instance and is therefore more robust.
The SAPCCMSR agent monitors components on which there is no active SAP
instance (such as log files, TREX, stand-alone databases, or operating system
components). SAPCCMSR is closely connected with the central monitoring
system. After its installation, the CCMS agent SAPCCMSR attempts to attach
itself to a monitoring segment in shared memory when it is started. If this segment
does not yet exist, the agent creates it.
You can get help on registering CCMS agents on the following URL:
https://service.sap.com/monitoring
Use a config file to register the agents which makes it easier.
Cheers,
Nisch
