Hi,
None of our communication channels are visible in the Runtime Workbench, and it seems like they stopped working either.
Some time ago we had a similar problem, Only 5 (of about 20) communication channels were visible. Refreshing the CPA cache then did the trick, but now this is also not working.
What we already tried:
- Full refresh of the CPA cache
- Restart of the Java and ABAP stack
- Checked if none of the system users are locked
In the Adapter monitor everything seems fine (when clicking an adapter, it says "File Adapter Monitoring is now part of Channel Monitoring")
Also, the communication channels on the integration engine (XI, IDOC, HTTP) work fine.
Does anybody have an idea?
Hello Nicolas,
Check this Destinations :
INTEGRATION_DIRECTORY_HMI
AI_DIRECTORY_JCOSERVER

Hi,
Follow the following path .
Goto --> Runtime Workbench -->Component Monitoring -->Adapter Engine -->Communication Channel Monitoring .
There you can find your respective communication channel status.
Thanks
Pragya

Hi,
This problem still isn't solved. Anyone else an idea?
Maybe this can help:
- If I do a cache connectivity test, the component "central adapter engine" stays in yellow (status: "Attempt to fetch cache data from Integration Directory not yet started or still in process")
- If I go to engine status, it says: " No receiver services from CPA cache"
Hi,
make sure you have checked in 'communication channel monitoring' instead of adapter monitoring.
thanks,
latika.

hi,
this means that you upgraded your XI
and not adapter monitoring is part of communication channel monitoring
open RWB
then your adapter engine
and then communication channel monitoring not adapter monitoring
and you should see all of your adapters
