The Logon error

Hi，all：

We are working with SRM5.0 .

1、When I logon SRM in browser ,It dispalys "Logon not possible; none of the active logon procedures is possible",What is the reason?

2、I want to test "BBPSTART" in SICF,the system displays"Could not find host or port information"What is the reason?

I doubt there is something wrong with "RZ10",But I don't know how to do
