hi,

I am using vista.

I installed my sql server (i think the error is due to this ,not sure).

The error i get is

*Sapgui 710 [Build 8991] Wed Jul 23 14:46:14 2008

: 'maximum number of connection handles reached

Maximum number of handles reached. No more memory is available

also i found the error

(Error)(23.07.08 09:46:47.055): CSapHistoryDb::CreateDB: Microsoft JET Database Engine Database already exists.

in

sapfewdll_*.err file...

Please helppp!!!

Hi Progirl,

the error you describe has nothing to do with the Frontend (-PC).

This is an error from the application server you try to connect to.

Also the trace you mention here has nothing to do with this issue. This error is coming from local input history from SAPGUI (please see note 199527 regarding this).

For further analysis you should search on application server topics/forums.

Hello. Can you explain the situation? You use 710 gui and it works before you install sql server ? After this you cant able work with SAPGUI? Regards.

Yes i installed MySQL Server but i am not sure if the problem was created due to that.

The error is maximum num. of connection handles reached.

in the error log file i see that ....loading local DB failed in frontend

Are you able work with THIS SAPGUI before ? Try to check "Event log" and traces in your sapworkdir folder

Are this error comes where you press on SAplogon.exe or you see this error in time to connect to SAP Apll servers? Regards
