I think you should try following trx,,,,

AW01 - Asset Explorer.

AR01 - Call Asset List

AR02 - Call Up Asset History Sheet

AR05 - Call Up Asset Acquisition List

AR06 - Call Up Asset Retirement List

AR07 - Call Up Asset Transfer List

AR12 - Call Up Asset Directory

OA90 - AM: Asset Register

Dear Shyamal,

Could u plz tell me in which T code i could get the current usage of assets i.e. in maint. or in any other state becoz i m not authorized to all T codes given by u.

Hi Sunil,

If you ask in terms of maint , operation ststus etc.

Then u need to understand PM-PP-IM/AM-MM-FI Modules

1. Like In MM we procure it with material code MM03

2. In PM we install it with Maint Order or PS system IH01

(This will show u the struture list)

3.You intergate with machine PP module by work centr CR01

4. If you want to capitalise/asset it u make asset code assign

it throgh AS01 (Asset /Inventory management Intergartion)

5 .You want to see FI/CO Reports as per your AS03,AS10
