replication R/3 HR organizatoin to EBP (special case)

Dear colleagues,

Our customer "EBP implementation"(05/2001) was before HR(02/2003), so they "manually" create & change organization structure in both system, that mean they have two organizatoin structure but there's no any relationship between each other.

Question: Does any possible to build up "organization mapping" then sync. data between EBP & R/3?

Hi Dean,

Before thinking of such a link, what is exactly you want to do ?

Because the "synchronization" will never be complete, I mean HR org. model does not contain SRM infotypes, and user definition and assignment will not be transfered.
