How to read targetNamespace from WSDL url

Hi Everyone,

I have a requirement like:Check the availability of non-sap system.For this

I have WSDL url,using this url how can I get the Targetnamespace.

(<wsdl:definitions xmlns:soap="xxu201D xmlns:tm=u201Du201D . .targetNamespace="XXXX" ...</wsdl:documentation>u201D).

Any suggestion in this regards will be quite helpful.
