Product unit for FG: sale order confirmation.

Dear Experts !!!

We are using the product unit functionality for FG to flow the batch charachteristics value from result recording.

but for such FGs, when tried to confirm stock against sale order through CO06 following error is coming;

"Material with steel management! No changes possible! Message no. AG771"

Please help me out to resolve this problem.

Dear kailash,

This warning message (AG 771) was brought to standard system in note

91318.

When you try to carry out backorder processing for materials with

active component or steel processing, inconsistencies can occur.

For this reason, changes to requirements are not supported.

In case you are using IS-OIL please have a look at the note 726160.
