Sending smartform output through email

Hi,

Currently we are using Milwaukee printer (USJC-PM03) as default for out put type ZURD. When this output get created in the invoice with the printer as USJC-PM03, the iinvoices get printed on the Milwaukee printer.

When someone tries to print an invoice second time, by copying the ZURD, then system should trigger the output type ZUPG with the printer setting as u2018LOCLu2019 and medium as '5' and the email should be sent.

How can the system know that the invoice is getting printed for the second time and the output type ZUPG has to be triggered?

Can anyone help me on this?

If in NAST table there is an entry for ZURD with Invoice number as object key and STATUS as 1 that means the invoice was already printed successfully. In that case you can go for second output type.

How can the second output type ZUPG be triggered when I select ZURD output type for the second time also.
