No approval workflow found for POR from SUS to SRM

Hello everybody,

I need your help.

The WF "WS14500001" is active and works well if we create a POR in SRM and also works well if we make the following steps:

1. We create a PR for direct material in R/3.

2. We transfer the PR to SRM as External Requirement.

2. A PO is created from that ER.

3. The PO is sent to SUS.

4. The vendor makes his POR

5. The POR is sent to SRM

6. The POR is created in SRM

However, for the following process:

1. We create a SC for direct material in SRM.

2. A PO is created from that SC.

3. The PO is sent to SUS.

4. The vendor makes his POR

5. POR is sent to SRM

In the last step, the POR is not created in SRM. The XML message says:

An error occured within an XI interface: Exception occurredE:BBP_WFL:012 -No approval workflow found. Inform system administrator E:BS:013 -System status INCM is active (Purchase Order Response 1100000037)

Do you have any idea about the issue??

We are working with SRM 5.5 and ECC 6.0 in a classic scenario.
