How to Add a new Software Component in the Enterprise Service Builder

Hi folks, i need help !!!!

i'm trying to add a new Software Component but when i click with the right button to add any option of the list i can´t find the "SAPGLOBAL 2.0" . I need this SC to create a new DataType.

Is there anyone Who can help me with this? do i have to install it ?

Hello Diego

The SAP GLOBAL 2.0 should be downloaded from the Service marketplace. Follow the URL : [http://service.sap.com/swdc|http://service.sap.com/swdc] and search for SAP GLOBAL.

You will find the following SWCV - XI CONTENT SAPGLOBAL 2.0. If you have relevant access, you can download the same as a .tpz file and then import it into your ESR.

Hi Diego,

Your question is a little unclear. At one end you say you want a add a software component while at another you state that you want to create a datatype.

Here is my understanding - you want to use a datatype from SAPGlobal, but you do not find the Software Component in your ESR.

SAPBasis contains the Global Datatypes in the namespace http://sap.com/xi/BASIS/Global. You could add a reference to SAPBasis and create your datatype.
