ITS configuration

Hi,

Is it possible that whenever the user clicks on the workitem in UWL and the ITS screen comes up, we can have the SAP backend screen open up, instead of the webgui which ITS normally uses to open the backend transaction

Yes, the client wants that instead of the SAP GUI for HTML, which is standard for ITS, SAP GUI for windows should open up.

Is it possible to configure ITS that way? If so, hen how to achieve it?

Hello Sonali,

I assume you're using the Portal? I'm actually not sure how to do this or if it's possible, but you should probably look into the UWL configuration guide at https://www.sdn.sap.com/irj/servlet/prt/portal/prtroot/docs/library/uuid/a3461636-0301-0010-3787-978...

Keep in mind that if you launch in SAPgui for Windows then all frontend machines will need the SAPgui for Windows installed and maintained.
