SOAP reciever channel inactive

I have a SOAP reciever adapter but in RWB communication channel monitoring it shows tobe "Started but inactive"

Can anyone suggest any possible reason and solution

It shud not be a problem. Ignore it.

It gets into succesful state once it processes the first message.

Hi Ravi,

The target url is a webservice link that is specified in the reciever communication channel and that gets invoked with a request message through BPM.Is there any problem with the

request message u think?

Hi,

Re-check you Receiver Agreement and make sure you are using the SOAP Channel you are looking in CC Monitoring. If that is fine have a look at the BPM and see if there is any error because of which the message is not reaching Adapter Engine at the receiver end.
