Project WBS not visible in SRM

Hi All,

We have created Shopping cart in SRM and user wants to do shopping with respect to the particular Project (WBS Element). except of that project all other projects are visible in SRM.

That Project is released and active in ECC System. My question is how to activate that Project in SRM so that USer can do shopping based on that Project?

Hi,

Check if the WBS is an 'Account assignment element'. Open the WBS check if the operative indicator ' Account assignment element' is ticked.

We are not able to see one particular Project - WBS Element in SRM. Rest all are visible.

Open the WBS element in R3 in CJ20N.

In the 'Basic' tab operative indicator 'Account assignment element' should be ticked.

Verify that.

All the accounting details are fetched from the backend. No replications to SRM. The problem lies in the backend. Check if you have implemented any BADI.

Are you aware of any BADI which fetch Projects from ECC to SRM as we are not able to see one Project in SRM but it is available in ECC?

Hi

Please check these below configuration in EBP

SPRO-> ...--> Define account assignmnet category .Here you check whther you have activated foe WBS

and Define GL account for product category and a/c assignment category.

Moreover you can check whther you included in the attribute.

(WBS element (PRO) in the Organisational Structure i.e PPOMA_BBP)

Hi,

We are able to see all Project (WBS Elements) except of one particular Project in SRM while creating the Shopping cart. Any way possible how we see that one Project (WBS Element) that is already there in ECC system.
