Phase Addon_conflicts_? Unresolvable

Hello gurus:

I try to import an Addon and its patches in SAINT transaction.

In ADDON_CONFLICTS phase I found an error "unresolvable" with another version of Add-on.

The problem is that I don't know who is Add-on supplier and I need this Addon in my system.

The question is, how can I know conflicts in this phase and if I can generate a CRT to resolve them?

What is your system's version?

What is the error text?

Did you read add-on specific oss notes which you try to import?
