PO Awaiting Approval

Hi Experts!

I need your help....

I defined the WS 14000075 (Without Approval) for PO. After I make the create procedure the Po be with Awaiting Approval status....I need this PO will be Released status..

Anybody cold help me? Is there a documentation for WS 14000075 activation?

Hi Kristin,

If you want to release the problem document,

You can execute transaction swo1 and enter BUS2200.

Click on test and enter the header guid(Goto BBP_PD and enter the PO number which will return you the GUID).

Execute the transaction. Go to the SetReleased() method and execute the same.

Status of the PO would be changed to Approved(if there are no errors).

Hi Kristin..

Could you use the transaction SWF_CNT_MAINTENCE. This problem ocurring because the container in SWUD transaction is active.

Hi Disha..

The error in SWUD dissapear (WD 041). But the Po still with the Awaiting Approval status. In Sm58 there is a error SR 053

(Screen output without connection to user).

I'm trying to desactivate the container but doesnt work..

Is there idea about this error?

Hi Kristen,

In workflow automatic customizing check whether all workflow related jobs have green light. Expecially the job for event queue. if not you have to activate it.

Now for all documents in SRM was awaiting approval status and in sm58 there are a lot of errors SR 053.

Hi,

I was looking in SWU7 there is a message error in WS 14000075 - WD:401.

I implement the note 962488, but the same error still appears.

In the transaction SM58 there are a erros too:

Screen output without connection to user.

Message no. SR053

And the Po still creates with the awainting Approval

Hi,

You can get the notes in the SPRO node .In the node of Perform task specific customizing you will be able to see the task specific ( Activate event linking )
