Credit management mass change FD37 or F.34

Hi SAP Experts,

I'm confused in transaction code FD37 and F.34, I can't find any documents that would discuss their differences between SAP versions. I'm using 4.6c and both transaction are existing in table TSTC, however, F.34 is executable but FD37 not. I got an error 'System error: Error in routine TRANSAKTIONS_INIT M' when typing FD37.

I suspect that a key may be missing and could be corrected by a program adjustment or by changes in the parameters. Any of your advice would be greatly appreciated.

Use F.34, FD37 is for individual change only.

I can't use FD37, as it pops up the error. I'm looking for the reason why SAP didn't mention FD37 is not available in 4.6c, and I'm not sure how it goes in other SAP version, like ECC6.
