Hi All
I have done the BPM to monitor batch jobs, so that if the job is cancelled the SD ticket will generate.
The ticket is generating automatically now, but we in the ticket sold to party ans support team field is not getting determined properly.
can anyone tell me how to do that.
Its Urgent.

Your question is not very clear. Have you checked the partner determination customizing for your transaction type? You can find it under "Customer Relationship Management -> Basic Functions -> Partner Processing".
