just check whether ur dispatcher is properly connected to message server. (i.e., in sap console dispatcher is reaching the message server). coz these errors occur when dispatcher doesn't reach the message server.
I think the some point of time you job is waiting for the input from the user from front end.So please note that in a background job the prequesite is that it should not wait for the front end or external iput from users.
