ALE IDoc- Distributing site master data, including customer & vendor views

Hi ALE gurus...

I want to send site master including customer and vendor views to a bespoke system. I am using BETMAS01 for site, CREMAS01 for vendor and DEBMAS01 for customer.

How do I generate and send IDoc to this bespoke system?

- setting up partner profie (?) for the bespoke system

- which partner profile to use?

- transaction to generate the IDoc etc.

Pls let me know if you need any additional info from my side.

From my opinion your are on the right way. Some adress data should be transfered too.

Hi,

the Site Master distribution is carried out in 2 (in case of a DC) 3 Steps.

1. The transport of the Site Customizing (T001W etc.) and also the Address content (ADRC etc.) via IMG-Transport

2. The transport of the Site Customer (KNA1 etc.) and the WRF-Tables of the corresponding retail-site.

3. (In case of a DC) The transport of the Site Vendor (LFA1 etc.)

Pre-requisite is a maintained transport enviroment (ALE and IMG) and a changeable client customizing.

Please keep in mind that the Steps 2 and 3 can only be carried out if Step 1 was successful.

The BETMAS IDoc has nothing to do with site transport. Adress Data is transported in the 1st Step (IMG).

Am working on Distributing site master data, can you please let me know how to go abt it as you have already worked on it..

Please let me know the configurations to be done in partner profile and is there any tcode like BD12(Customer) which distributes to idoc
